Custom Injector Bodies –
Developed for Diesel Engines in Tractor Pulling
At Gade Engineering & Special Parts, we design and manufacture custom injector bodies with a clear focus on diesel engines used in tractor pulling. We do not work with off-the-shelf parts – each injector body is developed and produced in-house at our workshop in Denmark, tailored to meet the specific needs of competitive setups.
In high-performance diesel engines, the injector body is a critical component in controlling fuel delivery and ensuring consistent combustion. Our approach is based on precision engineering, with attention to flow characteristics, material properties, and fitment – all adapted to the demands of tractor pulling applications.
We typically work on custom solutions where standard components are not suitable. This may include injector bodies with non-standard geometries, thread types, or integration requirements – often as part of a complete injection system developed for a unique engine build.
